Due to the weakening of quarantine in certain regions of the state, the
relevant territorial units of the Migration Service of Ukraine resume
the reception of citizens and stateless persons who were unable to leave
Ukraine or contact the territorial bodies / units of the Migration
Service of Ukraine with an application to extend the period of stay in
Ukraine and / or on registration, exchange of a permanent or temporary
residence permit in connection with the establishment of quarantine, if
the deadline for applying for such documents came during the
installation of quarantine throughout Ukraine.
With the weakening of quarantine restrictions, the Center of
administrative services of the city of Kyiv from 1th June resumed the
registration of residence for foreign citizens and stateless persons.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reports:
according to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council
of Ukraine of 13th March 2020 on protective measures in the conditions
of the outbreak of COVID-19, Ukraine stops the entry of foreigners and
stateless persons into the territory of Ukraine.
Events take effect from 0 hours 00 minutes 16th March (at midnight from
Sunday 15th March to Monday 16th March).
