The Migration Service of Ukraine informs:
Due to the weakening of quarantine in certain regions of the state, the relevant territorial units of the Migration Service of Ukraine resume the reception of citizens and stateless persons who were unable to leave Ukraine or contact the territorial bodies / units of the Migration Service of Ukraine with an application to extend the period of stay in Ukraine and / or on registration, exchange of a permanent or temporary residence permit in connection with the establishment of quarantine, if the deadline for applying for such documents came during the installation of quarantine throughout Ukraine.
In the Kyiv region on 1th June 2020 the admission of foreigners and stateless persons is made taking into account the existing threats associated with the spread of coronаvirus disease (COVID-19). Therefore, the Migration Service of Kyiv continues to comply with the conditions of the restrictions and accepts foreigners and stateless citizens exclusively by appointment in the electronic queue.
For information, at the time of quarantine termination within 30 days from the date of its cancellation, the legislator * applies administrative measures against foreigners and stateless persons who have violated migration laws regarding their non-observance of the period of stay in Ukraine or the execution, exchange of relevant documents, confirming the legality of their stay, if such violations occurred during the quarantine period will not be.
